Recording your mood and your sleep over time will give you historical data to help you understand your mood in the past and help you recognize changes that can warn of an incoming episode. Our memory of how we felt in the past can be coloured by our current mood, but with Mood History it's all there in black and white. Solid data can help you advocate for yourself with medical professionals, evaluate if a medication is working for you, and help you identify patterns and triggers. On average it takes 9.5 years to diagnose bipolar disorder, our hope is that with clear data you can get help sooner.
Your data is stored in a secure database and is only accessible to you. We do not, and will never, sell your data to third parties. You can request a copy of your data at any time, and if you want to delete your data then we will delete it from our database for you. Your data is your own.

Simply sign up and start recording your mood and sleep. Over time you will build up a history that you can check out in your dashboard. You can see your mood and symptoms over time and look at any statistically significant patterns that might be helpful. It it very important to note that we are not medical professionals, and these statistics should be used as a guide to help you and ideally to aid in your conversations with your medical professionals.
Yes, Mood History is free to use. We do not charge for any of our features, sell ads, or sell your data. Our goal is to help other people with bipolar disorder, mood disorders, and to help people get those diagnoses sooner. We believe firmly that awareness of our own moods and early dignosis saves lives, and we don't want to profit from that.
